ASSEMBLY

To be in full production you must have manufacturing+assembly. Richen can do both with seamless integration. Our customers place trust in our ability to deliver exact products.
Assembly processes include:
+ Welding: Ultrasonic, hot-plate, and spin
+ Bonding: UV adhesive, PSA, and solvent
+ Laser cutting, die punching, metal forming
+ Application of gaskets, labels, protective films

Richen has a full-time Quality staff at the Management and Production level. Over 40 Quality professionals direct the activities of hundreds more who build quality into every product we produce.

In today's market, Richen understands that many times our end customer is no longer the OEM, but more often than not a Contract Manufacturer (CM) that has evolved to become the production manufacturing arm of the OEM.
Richen has been able to increase our market share of molded plastics and plastic related sub-assemblies with major OEMs. We help our CM partners to bring a complete solution to their end-customers by providing manufacturing and production solutions directly to them and their end-customer's.
